Cold Press Oil Extraction Process
Oilseeds are pressed (crushed) in mechanical press under ambient/ room temperature to obtain oil hence called cold pressed. No external heat is utilized
Oil Seeds
Oil seeds are selected as per required oil. e.g. peanuts for peanut oil, safflower seeds for safflower oil etc.
Press Machine
Oil seeds are added to the press where they will undergo pressure in the rotating press. (Wooden Kachi ghani)
Oil Output
Due to the pressure, oil seeds are crushed separating oil and the oil cake. We get 100% raw & natural oil.
